I understand that by signing the PROTÉGÉ Program activation form I am agreeing to the following:

Guidelines of the PROTÉGÉ Program:
    1.  This program is designed as a 12 week course (although there are options for a 6 month, 12 month, or even a 3 year course - and we should require this to be a 3-5 year course).

    2.  You can participate in all the following monthly calls:
            –    Group Mentoring Calls w/ Dan Kuschell – These calls are for Protege Members and Dan opens it up
                   for Q and A time for you.
            –    Bonus calls – These calls will be announced as they happen.

    3.  You have access to Dan Kuschell’s Prosperity Forum to:
            –    Check out the information that has been posted to the Forum by Dan Kuschell and other PROTÉGÉ students.
            –    Post anything on the Forum to help contribute to the PROTÉGÉ Forum, get some feedback on a project you
                   are working on, network with other students or post a project that has already been completed.
            –    Reply to any of the posts on the Forum.  (The Forum is meant to be a positive place for learning and for being
                   able to get many useful resources in one place.)
            –    Listen to any past Group Mentoring Calls.

    4.  You can have access to Dan Kuschell in 3 different ways:
    1. Fax Consultation – Valued at $500-$1,000.00 per consultation.
    2. The Group Mentoring call – Valued at $1,000.00 per call.
    3. 1 on 1 Sessions (if this is part of your program) – Valued at $1,000.00 per session.

I understand that IF I’m on a payment plan, I will receive the Prosperity Based Living binder first and the other remaining binders will be shipped to me as my monthly payments are paid and posted to my account.  As a paid in full member, I will receive all the course materials in their entirety.

I understand and agree that Dan Kuschell and A CHAMPION VISION have made every effort to deliver a full business along with tools and strategies for setting up my business.  I also understand that ultimately it’s my responsibility, not the responsibility of Dan Kuschell or A CHAMPION VISION, to set my business up and take the required action that all businesses require to be profitable and successful.  I also understand and agree that all sales are final, and as such, the company will continue to work with me beyond the stated twelve week program until I've made at least fifty thousand extra with the program.  I take responsibility and am willing to do my part and realize that although success for some may happen quickly, I also have been informed that some people can take years to achieve the results they are excited about as well as in anything in life, some people fail short of their goal.  I also realize that if I'm working with another program or company, I will contact that company for specific questions about that company.

I am of sound mind and body to run a business.  According to the Small Business Administration, the normal business in this country takes 3-5 years to break even and start showing a profit.  I do understand that A CHAMPION VISION cannot guarantee that I will create customers or make money.  I understand that A CHAMPION VISION is committed to giving me all the guidance and support if I do my part too.
