Hi -
I’m sitting out on my back patio. The pool/waterfall
is running in the background and the birds are
chirping in the background, and I’m thinking about you today.
I’m sitting back wondering: What’s going on for you right now?
What is it that you’re truly excited about?
what goals do you have that you’re on fire about?
You see, what I’ve discovered about the most
successful people in the world is they have BIG Goals and Dreams.
Show me a man or woman with a goal bigger than themselves
and I’ll show you someone who is out making
it happen-DESPITE any obstacles that are coming their way.
Let me be real… Life is full of ups and downs.
Successes and failures. Most people I meet tell me
they’ve set numerous goals,and they’ve fallen short.
Here’s a fact… IT’s NOT YOUR FAULT!
You were never taught the right way to set goals.
In fact, most of us have been taught the way to
sabotage our success vs. accomplishing our goals.
Part of it has to do with Focus. Most of us
have been taught to focus on the wrong part
of the goal…. More on that below.
People ask me all the time: “Dan, why do
you think you’re successful?”
One of the key things that comes to mind, is
that I haven’t been afraid to fail.
I keep moving, EVEN some timeswhen it ‘looks’
like I’m failing big. My advice, be willing
to fail… embrace it… Stare it in the
eye and play the game head on.
You’ll win some. You’ll lose some. And
when it’s said and done, those who set
their goals high and then keep taking
actions towards the goals are those
who I’ve found are ahead of the pack.
So, how about you?
What is a goal SO Big that it would keep you
moving through any temporary defeats that come
your way?
Kids? Family? Church? Life?
What is it that moves you to action?
I challenge you to check out the video below
and then I’d love to challenge you to
publicly layout your goals in the
comment section.
I have found that if we are willing to
commit to something openly, put it in
writing,the ‘Universe’ creates an
intervention to help us accomplish it…
Also put a desired timeframe to achieve it.
One of my teachers taught me that the
key to goal setting is Find and Solve
a Big Problem… get a Big Reward!
In addition, there are NO unreasonable
goals… only unreasonable deadlines…
So be flexible, have fun, and by all means: Think BIG!
I’ll put myself out there with one of
my goals for you…
I am committed to helping at least 100
people achieve at least a six-figure (100,000)
minimum increase in their income by
December 31st, 2009.
Go check out the video below for other
secrets and post your comments and ideas
of your goals as well. (if you do wish
for them to remain private, simply put
PRIVATE in the message)
Until we meet again in another video lesson…
Prosperity and Success,
Dan

Hey Dan,
Thank you for your thoughts and concerns I really do appreciate them. Being honest with you here I do have goals which are “finally” coming together & I have worked very hard for years trying to reach them. You are correct when you say the universe will intervene and make it happen, the law of attraction has recently been at working for me. I must say it is quite amazing the feelings & thoughts & it really does work. I have not manifested a car or huge amounts of money, but for me, its Not about the money >”"”"

My goal is to travel freely. I want to visit my family in different parts of the US and also travel to other countries. Another part of that is to take my motorcycle over to Europe and ride it all over. I have a web site that I’m getting up called “Light weight Wanderer” Motorcycle Touring and Camping. It’s not up yet as I am having difficulty with the logistics. Having this up and going could help facilitate this goal.
I will keep looking at your emails and working toward my goal.
Thanks,
Harley Blake

Dan,
You are simply superb.
As it is said that mentoring involves the superior experience to guide, facilitate, motivate, encourage and thereby help a managee to more effectively use personal qualities to excel and make a footprint of her own in a world changing in an exorbitant speed. Mentoring is definitely a subtle compared to coaching. You have all the ingredients to be a successful mentor and you have, no doubt, mastered the game. You are truly marvellous.
