Dear Colleague/Friend,

Can you believe summer is almost over and kids are ready to get back to school? Time flys as we get over doesn't it?

About a week or so ago, I had an opportunity to check something else off of my bucket list... Do me a favor. Take a deep breath. Seriously. Do it now.

Ok. One more time. Take a deep breath. How'd that work out for you?

Likely, you did that successfully right? In fact, most of the time, you don't even think about it and you're probably pretty good at it....

Just like some people seem to make business that easy. Or online marketing. Or generating leads, sales and
profits. It's second nature to some, and yet uncomfortable to others.

So - back to my 'bucket list' adventure.
You see, I've been fortunate to do some pretty cool things over time. Some would say I'm adventurous and into
things that get my blood pumpin... Call me a conservative thrill seeker.

I've driven a race car at a race track, mini-carts that go 120mph, I've gone skydiving and one of my recent
adventures was taking scuba lessons.

And I have to tell you... Being transparent. For me the first time, it was one of the most uncomfortable experiences for some reason.

I'm not sure exactly why it became difficult to simply breath into a mouthpiece, however it was. For some reason
breathing underwater just wasn't something that was easy for me... It didn't seem right.

In a class of about 30, there were only 3 of us who had trouble.
And it got me thinking about you. Because maybe business or marketing online is as easy as breathing and that's fine.

On the other hand, maybe you're like I was scuba diving with business or marketing online. Perhaps it's difficult,
uncomfortable and perhaps you'd drown if you were left to do it on your own...

And that's why having a trained professional guide you is key. They are there to make sure you're safe and the only way to really fail is to quit... Just like business!

so, I challenge you to stop worrying about whether it will work... It works! The key is to stay the course for the long haul. Whether it's easy for you to breathe, or whether you struggle like I did diving, the key is to simply get back out there and keep working at it.

Carpe Diem! Seize the day.

7-Steps To Massive Profits Online
In the last segment, we covered the first several steps in the 7-Step Formula. If you missed that issue, send a request to our office at mentoring@achampionvision.com and let our staff know you'd like to see that segment. We pick up today on Step 5: Building A Follow-Up Support Process.

As in most things we teach it's important to consider automating the process. In fact in our Core Program, we teach a couple simple principles in the Wealth Formula. The Wealth Formula says 2 main things:

1- Put yourself in a position to do the work 1 time and get paid over and over
2 - Speak to large groups of people at a time. With your follow up process, this can be done a couple
different ways:

A. Using an Autoresponder
B. using voicebroadcast follow ups
C. Direct mail letters/postcards that say thank you.

Here's something to consider. While technology is supposed to connect us to each other better, the REALITY is that it's creating more and more disconnect in the world today. Business owners who understand this and then focus on bridging the gap to actually use technology to build 'connections' in an authentic way, will thrive in the next 10 to 20 years.

You can use an autoresponder like aweber, getresponse or goldbar to create a sequence of follow up messsages to communicate to your subscribers and customers. This message is being sent in an autoresponder program and allows us to create 1 message and then go out to over 100,000 people at once.

Personally, I recommend communicating with your audience about once per day through your email messages. If your audience or clients don't want to read it, they will pass on it or delete it, and that's why sending out messages to your audience is important. They will not and do not read every message you send out.

Send regularly and mix in education, inspiration, controversy and entertainment to keep them engaged in your message. Next, you can create an automated process for your clients through something called a voice-broadcast. You can use automation services like voiceshot, monster follow up or more. The idea is similar to an autoresponder. You program 1 message and then you program it to send an automated message.

In a voicebroadcast, one of the best techniques is simply to call and say 'Thank You'. Thank you is one of the most effective ways to gain a competitive advantage today. Why? Because very few people hear thank you today. Next, when's the last time you got a thank you note from someone.

Back in 1992 when I was studying in Tom Hopkins Sales Academy, he taught this simple principle. Sending thank you notes for people you meet... Thank you notes personally sent in the mail as a way to separate from the crowd.

Think about your industry.

When's the last time you got a personal hand-written thank you note? And, what type of impact would it have on you? Give yourself a competitive advantage by putting these simple principles in place starting today.... Multiply it exponentially by putting all 3 concepts today: Autoresponder, VoiceBroadcast, A Handwritten Thank you note.
